Hi Everyone. I wanted to let you know about some very important upgrades that are happening with the website in time for the next earnings season.
As you may have seen, during this last earnings season, optionsprices have been higher than normal, and from a straddle perspectiveit’s been more challenging to find the plum opportunities. This is anatural phenomenon during uncertain and bearish market conditions,however, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes and I’m about toreveal some exciting news about a major improvement, which of courseyou’ll get for free.
In the meantime, there have still been plenty of good flag patternsto trade outside of the earnings season. When the market decides itsnext move then more flags will resolve decisively, which will lead toyet more profitable opportunities.
So back to the site update … and this is something I’ve been getting very excited about.
We have been working tirelessly on new filters and functions for theStraddle TradeFinder. There will be a series of new filtersspecifically analyzing the implied volatilities of the options we wantto trade, and highlighting those options that may be overpriced orunderpriced. This is a unique tool, analyzing literally millions ofrows of data every night, which will be supported by graphs to make iteasy for all of us to use.
Everything will be explained in full and I’ll be creating brand newvideo content showing you exactly how to interpret the filters and howto apply them.
In addition to this we’re also looking at including filters forbid/ask spread behaviour so we don’t get caught out by widening bid/askspreads. This is another unique tool that we’ll all benefit from.
I created Illuminati Trader in anticipation of stock prices becomingmore volatile and harnessing the ability to profit from this by tradingcheaply priced options. This happened exactly as predicted. Now theoptions prices have temporarily caught up with the stock pricebehaviour we need to be nimble so we can still benefit. We’reachieving this via our new filters, which I’ll be proud to release ontothe site in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for further bulletinsfrom me.
