The market creeps up but it’s still a bit ugly out there.
Both AAPL and GS have broken out as expected but are both now forming Doji bars. The AAPL one is obvious, but yesterday’s bar for GS looks different on different charting services. Both stocks have good OVI readings so hopefully yesterday’s action was no more than a blip.
AAPL
A decent breakout on Monday with rising volume, but yesterday’s Doji bar, right at the April resistance level makes this a tough one now. Stops below the trendline or below the flag if you’re feeling braver.
GS
Broke out yesterday only to form a Doji bar (on some charting packages) and retreat. Again, stops under the trendline or flag.
